Production Notes
1) Portrait day was very over cast & rainy. The light coming into the front foyer was flat & uninteresting. There was also a group of women sitting at a long table having coffee. These factors impeded our ability to shoot down the foyer with depth. I feel using the fireplace brickwork as a backdrop still looks very strong & achieves your goals for staff portraits for your website.
2) Colour vs Black & White - These portraits were taken with colour in mind. My lighting & approach considered colour as part of the final piece. I have converted these into B&W as a courtesy for options. I feel they still work very in B&W but they are strongest in colour as intended. If in the future C*Road or anyone else on their own time for their own purposes, would like B&W portraits taken, we can discuss that and plan for B&W as part of the approach.
3) Please keep in mind all monitors have different brightness, black point & contrast settings. I recommend reviewing them on one monitor for consistency when determining staff happiness & approval. This will help my adjustment process if need be. I have reviewed these photo on my main screen, calibrated for printing as well I have reviewed them on a phone and a laptop for averages.
4) I am happy to provide 1 round of (minor) adjustments if you would like to see any of these photos modified. This includes adjusting aspects of exposure, colour or removing something deemed unflattering to the image or subject.
5) I am happy to provide re-shoots (IF NEED BE) for anyone who feels their portrait does not represent themselves accurately. I am hoping the majority of people enjoy these and any re-shoots would amount to 1-3 subjects.
6) Once these have been approved, I will provide you with a drive link containing the high res jpeg files for your use.
